Spinach Artichoke Dip

 Ingredients:                

1 Package Frozen Chopped Spinach

1 Can (8 oz) Artichoke Hearts

1 Package Cream Cheese

½ Cup Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

½-3/4 Cup Grated Monterrey Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese

1 Tablespoon Corn Starch or Tapioca Starch

1 Cup Milk

1 Tablespoon Butter

Salt, Pepper

2 Teaspoons Steakburger Seasoning, or more to taste

Thaw Spinach, set aside.

Chop Artichoke Hearts, set aside.

Grate Parmesan cheese and Jack Cheese, set aside.

Soften Cream Cheese, set aside.

Stir Corn Starch into Milk, heat butter in pan until melted.  Stir in milk mixture and continue stirring over medium-low heat until thickened.

Combine Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Garlic, Sour Cream and Cream Cheese with warm milk mixture.

Stir Cheese into milk mixture in small batches until well incorporated.

Add the Steakburger Seasoning.

Add Salt and Pepper to Taste, although you should not need much. Serve warm with chips.
